Terms and Conditions

By creating an account or using TracMetrics, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

TracMetrics is a subscription trading journal and performance-analytics tool for NSE equity, F&O, MCX and crypto traders. It is a record-keeping and analytics service only. It does not provide investment advice, recommendations, tips, or research, and it is not a broker, exchange, or portfolio manager.

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials secure.
• One account per person. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• A maximum of 3 devices can be signed in at the same time; signing in on a 4th device requires signing another one out first.
• You may enable two-factor authentication from Settings for extra protection, and may close your account at any time.

TracMetrics is a single paid plan, billed monthly, quarterly, or yearly at your choice. All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or as described in our Refund and Returns Policy. You can cancel future renewals at any time from the Billing tab in Settings; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

Founding member price. The first 100 paying accounts can buy the yearly plan at the founding price of ₹699 a year, with all taxes included. It renews at that price for as long as the yearly plan keeps renewing without a break. It ends for good if the plan lapses or is switched to monthly or quarterly billing, after which the regular prices apply. Discount, referral and affiliate codes and account credit can't be used with the founding price, and each account can hold it only once.

We may change our regular prices. A new price applies to you only from your next renewal, and only after we have told you by email before that renewal date.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our payment partner and merchant of record. When you subscribe, Dodo Payments collects the payment, applies and remits applicable taxes (the prices shown include GST where it applies), issues your invoice, and handles payment disputes. Your card, UPI and bank details are entered with Dodo Payments and are never seen or stored by TracMetrics.

The trades, notes, and files you log remain yours. By using TracMetrics you grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the journal, analytics, and support you request.

The TracMetrics name, software, design, and underlying technology belong to TracMetrics. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the platform itself to you.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide access to your account to people outside your own use.
• Abuse referral, affiliate, or promotional mechanisms, including fake or self-referrals.
• Use the service in a way that disrupts it for other users or attempts unauthorized access to any account.

TracMetrics is provided “as is.” We work to keep the service accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a specific purpose beyond trade journaling and analytics.

To the extent permitted by law, TracMetrics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any decisions made using its analytics.

Trading in equities, derivatives, commodities, and crypto carries real risk of loss. Nothing in TracMetrics is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any instrument. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes.

The AI Insight feature is for learning and self-review only. Its commentary is generated by artificial intelligence, can be wrong, and is not investment advice. TracMetrics is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst, and you use AI Insight at your own risk. See our Disclaimer for details.

You agree to indemnify TracMetrics against claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts. TracMetrics is operated from Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Participation in the TracMetrics affiliate or referral program is subject to its own program terms, shown at sign-up for that program, in addition to these Terms and Conditions. Purchases at the founding member price earn no referral reward or affiliate commission.
